Payment via Credit card, PayPal or ‘Cash on delivery’ & delivery by courier service: 1-2 working days (there may be delays in delivery in high season like Christmas period or due to summer holidays) . Free shipping in Greece for orders more than €100 and €3 shipping charges for orders up to €100. Cash on delivery charge is €5. If you want to check your shipping cost, for any other country, please proceed to the first step of the checkout possess, fill in your address and the shipping cost will appear on your screen.

In case that a customer refuses to accept an order 2 times or more, without any reason, the company has the right not to send an order again.
In case the area of delivery is inaccessible by the courier company, you will be informed about the extra cost or you can pick up your parcel from the closest courier point.
If your lovely item doesn’t fit you or you didn’t get the love feedback you hoped for, we give you the choice of return. For that reason, we made the process for you the easiest way possible. The steps are simple and clear:
Just fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the information we need. Pay attention to the form description cells as you need to be super descriptive in each one. If you missed the form and need a new one just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As for your return, we offer you plenty of decisions for each occasion. More specifically your choices are:
100% store credit via personal discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method you’ll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 1-3 days to complete.
Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you. In that case just email us at email@example.com.
Then pack it up by using the original received package (be eco hearted about it!) and return it within 14-days from your purchase date.
As soon as we receive it back we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, because sometimes our emails land in there.
Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is clean, as long as your original order receipt or packing slip.
All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
For Greece customers the return postage amount is 5€ if you use ACS service, which we cooperate. Note that the shipping charge cannot be refunded.
